We Are All Learners

First-year teachers are partnered with a mentor to ensure a successful start to your teaching career. You will receive specialized monthly training sessions from instructional experts. New teachers and mentors learn from one another while promoting a collaborative school culture and a common knowledge base.    

Classroom and New Staff Budgets

You won’t have to pay out of pocket for your classroom’s needs when it's time to get set up. We have student-centred budgets to support teacher classrooms.

Our in-house Learning Team includes professionals in instructional design, literacy and numeracy, assessment, psychology, speech, research, and more, all committed to helping you succeed in the classroom.   

Collaborative Community

Teachers at CA receive a daily prep period, and Fridays are early student dismissal days, leaving the afternoon for teacher collaboration and planning.
